We are in the fourth and final week of this month’s gratitude challenge; hooray! I hope you’ve been following along and participating, naming three new things each day for which you are grateful. (No clue what I’m talking about? Click here.) By now, those of you who have been participating are probably starting to notice some changes in terms of your ability to see the goodness in life. That’s amazing; keep it up! I’m adding in an extra challenge this week, designed to help you deepen your practice of gratitude even more. This extra challenge centers around finding gratitude in difficult times and painful moments. In the video below, I’ll show you how to do that and why it’s so important.
I have loved reading the points of gratitude people have been sharing on my Facebook page this month. Come find me here to join the conversation and get more simplified psychology, each and every day. We’re in the homestretch of this gratitude challenge; don’t quit now! Give this week’s challenge of finding gratitude in difficult or frustrating moments a try. You might be surprised at what you find!
