Each week, I’m adding an extra challenge for those of you wanting to deepen your gratitude practice even more. By naming our point of gratitude as well as the emotion associated with it, we are incorporating mindfulness. Noticing and naming how we feel helps us fully experience a moment, savoring the goodness that comes with it. Give it a try this week as you name your three new things for which to be grateful each day.
